Anti-modern Slavery

Detailed Pty Ltd (Detailed) has a zero-tolerance approach to any form of slavery. We are committed to the protection and respect of human rights. Our clients can be 100 per cent confident that we conduct our business ethically and are committed to our employees’ wellbeing.

As such, we have developed an Anti-Slavery Framework through a set of robust actions (outlined below). This includes a Policy, Statement and Annual Review process to mitigate any modern slavery or human trafficking risks. More importantly it ensures our staff are safe.

We’re committed to transparency in our business and in our approach to tackling modern slavery throughout our supply chains, consistent with disclosure obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2018 and Commonwealth requirements.

Proactive approach to eradicating modern slavery

Detailed recognises that modern slavery and human trafficking risks may occur in labour intensive businesses. Unfortunately, this has included instances within the industry in which we operate. This type of mistreatment can involve sham-contracting, underpayment of wages and/or entitlements, inaccurate record keeping, and compromising workers safety. Detailed does not condone these unacceptable behaviours or rogue practices.

Accordingly, we are guided by robust internal processes to guide Detailed’s management of modern slavery risk in our operation and supply chain.
